Plus, you'll be an integral part of our tight-knit team, ensuring that new games hit the ground running with players worldwide.If you're ready to embark on an adventure-packed journey into the world of new games with Supercell, then grab your gear — Product Research team is looking forward to meeting you!ResponsibilitiesRobust mix-method Research: You will be responsible for planning, designing, managing and conducting primary and secondary research using various research methods.Agile Iteration throughout lifecycle: You will collaborate closely with the team to support the agile development of our game, driving everything from concept testing and prototype testing to subsequent product iterations.Cross-craft Collaboration: you will communicate and collaborate closely with various crafts including but not limited to analytics, game design, and live-ops and monetization. Through cross-craft collaboration, you will drive and build a holistic understanding of our players.Actionable Insights: You will synthesize market data, player feedback, and business needs to provide actionable insights that guide critical decisions. This includes understanding market and genre landscapes, analyzing key competitors, identifying and sizing target audiences, and informing strategic iterations for new games.Player-centric Mindset: You will bridge business objectives and players' needs to inform decision-making at every stage of game development. Your responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of players’ experiences, interests, and motivations to ensure that our games resonate well and exceed their expectations.RequirementsExperience supporting game development through a full lifecycle, from concept and prototype to soft launch and global releaseSolid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, third-party market data platforms, and their application to solve business problemsHands-on experience conducting research end-to-end in a business context with proven track record to support and influence business decision-makingA collaborative team player with excellent communication skillsA player-centric mindset with proactive attitudesGood to haveExperience working in PC/console gamingUnderstanding of biometric research methodsUnderstanding of cross-regional market and cultural differences in gamingUnderstanding and curiosity of cultural and market trends in entertainment, including but not limited to gaming.
