Supercell is looking for a Platform Partnerships Manager who thrives in a multifunctional and collaborative environment, and is dedicated to building and nurturing relationships with our most important distribution partners. The Platform Partnerships Manager will be a part of the Game Ops team, and will report to the Director of Platform Partnerships.This role combines business development, marketing, and analytics as we strive to push the craft forward. This person loves communication AND has a knack for analytics, so that we can make sure we are measuring the impact of everything we do. This role will work closely with game teams, marketing, legal, and data analytics.Let us know if you think you are who we are looking for!ResponsibilitiesManage support for store-front merchandising across our amazing portfolio of live games in partnership with Apple, Google and AmazonSupport Marketing with pitch strategies and presentations to ensure we are delivering the information that our partners require to give us the best featuring placementsOwn and maintain the featuring calendars in collaboration with the game team and Marketing Leads and ensure all deliverables are metDrive strategic business growth through new collaborations with our Platform partnersBe responsible for the relationship with specific platformsDrive and facilitate cross functional collaboration across Game Development, Game Operations, and Marketing for platform-driven initiativesCreate internal comms to drive visibility of the work we do and share information about our projects and prioritiesOperationalise the analysis of featuring performance + our strategic initiatives to help drive future decision-making, optimisation, and identify new growth opportunitiesTrack featuring across all platforms and report on this to game teams and Marketing on a weekly basisRequirementsMobile gaming experience in a business development, account management or marketing roleAbility to work with a broad range of stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Performance, Game Devs) and all levels of managementExcellent planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholdersPassion for games and commitment to nurturing best-in-class relationships with our platform partnersAbility to drive decision-making based on data analysis Benefits and CompensationLuring you in with glitter, glamour, and gems is not what we seek to do.
