Head of Finance Benelux and Finland (f/m/d)Your mission You are responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. You provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. In particular, it ensures the accuracy of financial loops, the monitoring of the company's cash flow, the timely provision of the required financial information, precise and effective control, and the rigorous management of personnel administration and financial IT systems. The position holder is a member of the company's management team and attends Board meetings. Your profile Accountabilities Responsible for the entire financial and controlling area within Legal Entity Benelux and Finland Represents the company to the Auditor and Tax authorities Accuracy of financial information Informing the management about the company’s situation Compliance with legal accounting standards Coordination with the Group Main tasks Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, and conservation of assets. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry. Coordinate the preparation of (monthly) financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports. Implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas. Assess commercial and contractual risks Other duties as assigned.
