To stay ahead of the curve, we are now looking for a Director, Product Management, to lead and develop our Product Management function. This is a highly strategic executive role with an emphasis on people management. We are continuously improving our existing and inventing new digital products that benefit our customers, and to do this we are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team. This position involves developing and executing product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role is crucial in shaping the company's product vision and roadmap, fostering innovation, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. The position reports to our Director of Strategic Development and is part of the Group’s management team. You are an experienced leader and have successfully created and led high performing digital product management teams. As a member of the Group’s management team, you’ll be contributing to overall strategy and providing insights from the market for informed decision-making. You have a demonstratable track record of developing products that prioritize features based on customer preferences, and that have a strong positive return on investment.
