Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team and help us scale our rapidly growing global workforce. This role is crucial to Boundless Life’s success, as you'll be responsible for identifying top talent who resonate with our values and objectives. You’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and hiring managers to understand the needs of various departments and source candidates accordingly.
Primary Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for key roles.
Use a variety of channels to scout for potential hires, including job boards, networking events, and social media.
Recruitment Process:
Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the interview process.
Facilitate assessment tests, technical interviews, and other evaluation methods.
Make recommendations to hiring managers based on assessments and interviews.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Coordinate with the HR Business Partner to ensure successful onboarding experiences.
Employer Branding:
Engage in branding initiatives to make Boundless Life an employer of choice.
Represent the company at recruiting events and during interviews.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics.
Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a remote work environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Knowledge of international labor markets is a plus.
