The Enento group's Transformation Office function is responsible for driving the group lean portfolio management and agile release train management operations and also the continuous improvement journey. The office manages and visualizes the strategy and investment funding, agile portfolio operations and governance for the initiative end-to-end value delivery flows.
As the Lean Portfolio Management Specialist, you are responsible to design, visualize, operate and improve the portfolio management user experience to optimize end-to-end value delivery flow.
You consolidate the portfolio value delivery plans and progress and produce insights for executive management to act on the improvement opportunities. In addition, you'll support the business and initiative owners to produce the initiative decision proposals and participate to govern the portfolio health, quality of the initiative decision proposals and execution planning in the agile release train.
This is a Nordic role and can be placed in Stockholm or Helsinki.
Relevant background and experience
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish or Finnish skills valued, but not required
Minimum bachelor's degree required, MBA or master's degree valued
Lean portfolio management know-how
Financial management know-how (budgeting, forecasting, business cases, planning)
2+ years of hands-on product or project management experience in business agile environment, including financial performance management
Passionate about continuous improvement, curious for finding business solutions and better ways for working.
Outcome-driven, not afraid of challenges, ready to learn by doing. Self-confident to drive change and improvements
Customer and business focused with strong collaboration skills. Good documentation, presentation-, communication- and information sharing skills
Experience working with process development, documenting guidelines and instructions
Experience in utilizing and developing analytical tools & metrics, reporting systems, workflow management and planning tools
