YOUR ROLE Edenred has a global IS organization managing all IT systems worldwide ( Global Technology - GT ). Within GT , the Infra and operations team manage s all infrastructure services ( such as workplace, service desk, hosting, clouds, network and telecom, security, unified communications, O365, directories etc. ). We manage the complete lifecycle of infrastructure including production, incident, change, projects , transformation and strategy and deliver state of the art services to Edenred end users. We ar e looking for an Infrastructure and IT Operations Leader for Finland to ensure the best employee experience possible via infrastructure services for Edenred Finland . In this role your main responsibilities are : Being a manager to local IT Support Specialist  Be ing single point of contact for any Infrastructure and Employee Experience topic s in Edenred Finland Manag ing all IT environment including Help Desk operation , asset management and contracts Being r esponsible for the 1 st line support services for Edenred employees, including business platform availability Being r esponsible for managing some IT operations tasks (Client ordering or reporting file management , DB backup, server backup, DRP , Inventory and Cost management ) Follow-up Infrastructure and IT Operation Support SLAs and important monitoring alerts Deliver ing best in class Infrastructure services to all departments in line with Global Technology expectations Contribut ing to global Infrastructure and IT Operations Service s within on regional level and be ing the escalation poin t Understand ing Local Business Unit’s strategy, roadmaps, requirements working closely with local teams (Architecture, Application, PMO…) Translat ing these Business Unit ’ s requirements into Infrastructure request, projects and transformation s Manag ing Global and Local Infrastructure project portfolio and associated roadmaps Contribut ing to Infrast r u c ture global projects deployment in BU with a specific focus on Cloud migration, on legacy and security transformation projects Develop ing and publish ing regular dashboards and KPI’s to all BU and GT stak e holders ( Zone and Region Directors , Local IT Director, C orporate functions) Cooperat ing closely with all other Infrastructure teams (North ern Europe ) and GT teams (Architecture, Infrastructure & IT Operations, Security, PMO and Finance) Continuously propos ing service improvement and new functionalities At Edenred, you will be more than your job title. In this role, you report directly to NOE Infrastructure and IT Operations Leader within Global Technology team with a dotted reporting line to the Technology Leader – Finland . YOUR PROFILE You will excel in this role, if you have: 5 -7 years minimum of professional experience in Infrastructure and help desk operation management including operational roles in international or multicultural environments At least 3 years of experience from 1st line support Experience support ing employees (managing incidents, the operating systems and network related issues). Experience of Windows Servers, Azure Cloud, O365 , DNS management, networking, mail systems management , Call Center and scripting is required .  Experience in service management tools like Jira Service Management and project management tools Jira Software/Confluence is a must .  Knowledge within SQL, Database administratio n, CMDB and virtualization technologies is a plus. Good technical skills in Infrastructure .  Solution oriented and problem solver. Financial understanding , project management and process management skills Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel Rigor in organization, formalization, and planning Negotiation skills Strong appetite in service delivery and End User Ex perience End user communication Excellent interpersonal relationship ability Enthusiasm and dynamism Appetites for digital and technology Fluent language skills in English and Finnish are a strong plus Our working culture at Edenred means helping and supporting each other and we share both challenges and success.
