What skills do I need?
10+ years of legal experience in corporate law, capital markets, IP law, and relevant technology and compliance regulation, both domestically and internationally.
Understanding of business fundamentals to effectively analyze financials, growth trajectory, and key risk areas.
Experience in both recognized law firms and as an in-house counsel in global companies, with venture-funded technology startup experience being advantageous.
Proven track record in leading and developing legal and IP manager teams.
Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with various stakeholders.
Availability to handle serious matters as they arise, with good judgment and a calm disposition.
Ideally located in Espoo or Munich, with experience supporting business across Europe, Asia, and North America.
