In this role, you would play a pivotal part in advancing our Metabolic & Ketogenic category, making an impact on the daily lives of patients and healthcare professionals.ABOUT THE JOBAs part of the Metabolics & Ketogenics team in the Nordics and Baltics, you will have an important role in developing and implementing the category business plan, to achieve sales targets and long-term growth objectives within specialized nutrition for rare metabolic diseases and epilepsy.You'll be based at our Helsinki office, with a primary focus on driving business growth in Finland. Your responsibilities will include driving expertise by utilizing local market insights, engaging with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patients, to foster meaningful connections and ensure excellence in managing our product portfolio. Additionally, you'll play a vital role as a key member of our specialized team in Nordics & Baltics, collaborating across countries to enhance synergies.In your role as Medical Science Liaison, you'll actively contribute to making a positive impact on patient care and overall healthcare outcomes.Your main responsibilities will be:Establish and maintain customer relations and key opinion leader management (e.g. medical conferences, organizations and working groups)Responsible for customer meetings and sales driving activities according to commercial plans and account plansEducate healthcare professionals on the usage, characteristics, advantages and indicated treatment related to our specialized nutrition products, and offer solutions based on patients’ and customer’s needsManage customer and patients events and exhibitionsPortfolio management, drive new product launches and reimbursement applications, as well as product updates and content review in close cooperation with regulatory teamResponsible for analysis of sales, channels, market share, customer and patient groups and demand generation as part of country business reviewsDevelop knowledge and keep up to date with development within specialized nutrition for rare metabolic diseases and epilepsyAbout youWe would love to see that you are:Licensed dietitian, nutritionist, or experienced nurse with strong interest of rare metabolic diseases and/or epilepsy patientsPreferably +5 years of clinical experience from hospital settingBusiness and commercial experience from Life Science/Pharma industry or clinical settingProficient in building internal and external relationshipsHigh level of verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Finnish and EnglishWell organized and ability to work independentlyHigh personal integrity with ethical approach to businessDriver’s license and opportunity to travel as the position requires travelling in FinlandExperience in sales, product introductions, marketing activities and communication and budget management is considered as a plusAbout usWE OFFERA job which could easily turn into a career in Danone.
