As our client’s Ride and Building Comfort Specialist, you will join a matrix agile organization and become a part of the European Product Platform team. The team is responsible for developing and managing the core elevator products in our client’s product portfolio. You will play an important role in measuring noise and vibrations in the test elevators, reporting, proposing improvements and presenting findings to the global team. Work tasks

Monitor and report performance of test elevatorsGuide, follow and ensure that project plans are executed with high quality and with short lead timeTroubleshoot development and field issuesCollaborate closely with the project teams to proactively create and develop new valueDevelop category level testing methodologiesUpdate and maintain Requirements Management ToolsApply requirements to new platform or category projects according to established internal requirementsShare the knowledge and learnings internally with colleagues

We are looking for

Relevant technical degree (e.g., BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)Hands-on experience in measuringHigh quality documentation skills (lab reports, site reports, statistical analysis)Basic knowledge of vibration and acoustics theory and calculationsGood troubleshooting/route cause analysis and failure prediction skillsGood communication skills: working knowledge of Finnish and English would be usefulWe also value previous background from elevator or automotive industries and previous noise and vibration experience.To succeed in the role, you are:Development-oriented – you are eager to learn new things and grow as a professionalOrganized and focused on the project goals – you can prioritize the tasks in an agile project environmentTalented communicator – you are good at reporting, presenting and collaborating with the stakeholdersProblem-solver – you enjoy investigating into the noise/vibration issues and finding solutionsOur recruitment processThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
