Your daily responsibilities:
Working in a close-knit team of 4-6 professionals and a service line of several teams who support each other and share knowledge activelyMonitoring, troubleshooting, developing, debugging, and testing Nordcloud’s cloud-native DevOps Foundation, which integrates Azure DevOps to customer identity and access management and cloud infrastructureTaking on technical leadership and responsibility over projectsLeading communication with Customers on technical and business levelAdvising our customers on how to adopt the best possible service composition of public cloud-based services and tools and especially on DevOps practices and tools areaContributing to the development of internal automation tools and products owned by the squadSupporting and assisting other developers, cloud architects, and administratorsParticipating in occasional on-site meetings / workshops in Helsinki (one per month or more rarely)You'll get to build long-term relationships with our customers. Your key skills:

AZ-104 certification is a strong asset (if you don't have this certification, Nordcloud will provide you with training to obtain it)Previous experience working directly with customers or being a consultantExperience working in international environments with geographically dispersed teamsProgramming experience in general and specifically C# skillsCommand-line and shell scripting specifically PowerShellExperience in monitoring and troubleshooting Experience in AWS or Google CloudSolid understanding of agile methodologies
